Floor preparation may involve damp proofing, screeds, degreasing of original floors or checking wooden floors are all sound before laying the new one. This does take a little time and of course good knowledge and correct assessment of every individual job and this is what we have been trained to do. We use all the correct and recommended floor products from Karndean & Amtico etc when it comes to all these processes.
You may also be wondering at this point, can I have luxury flooring with underfloor heating installed? Yes, we can install the floor but a few things have to be considered. The under floor heating system needs to be insulated, turned off before, during and after installation for a limited time. We will guide you through the process when necessary.
